By accessing and using the EPAY platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

EPAY provides a comprehensive payment orchestration and settlement platform for merchants in Ethiopia. Our services include transaction processing, reconciliation, and automated payouts across various mobile money and bank channels.

3. Merchant Obligations

• You must provide accurate and complete business information during onboarding (KYC).
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You agree to comply with all applicable local financial regulations and tax laws.

4. Fees and Settlements

Processing fees are deducted at the source of each transaction as per your agreed commission plan. Settlements are processed into your designated bank account according to the settlement cycle selected in your dashboard.

5. Prohibited Activities

Usage of the platform for illegal activities, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or financing of prohibited entities, will result in immediate termination of services and reporting to relevant authorities.
